Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cielo Glow. We aim to get your LED interior lighting to you as quickly as possible so you can upgrade your ride.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high-demand seasons.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cielo Glow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Cielo Glow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, as stated in our Refund Policy, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at shopcieloglow@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cielo Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the item.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to [List Countries, e.g., United States, Canada, and the UK]. International shipping times may vary between 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
